Disconnect Facebook or Instagram

• In ADVERTLY, open Settings → Social accounts and choose Disconnect. The access token is deleted at once and nothing more is posted or read.
• Or, on Facebook, open Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations, find ADVERTLY and remove it.

Delete your whole account

Email privacy@advertly.io from the address you sign in with, with the subject “Delete my account”. We confirm by reply and delete your account, your contacts, messages, files and connected-account tokens within 30 days. Invoices are kept only as long as the law requires.

If you are one of our customers’ clients

Your information was added by the business you deal with. Ask them to delete it, or email us and we will pass your request on and make sure it is done. You can always unsubscribe from emails with the link in each one, and reply STOP to texts.
