Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you (the business using ADVERTLY) and ADVERTLY.IO. By creating an account you agree to them.

The service

ADVERTLY helps you manage contacts and send email, texts and social media posts, with an AI assistant that prepares work for your approval. We keep improving it, so features may change; we will tell you before removing anything you pay for.

Your account

• Keep your sign-in details safe; you are responsible for what happens in your account.
• You must have the right to the contact information you add, and your clients’ consent to message them where the law requires it.
• You are responsible for what you approve and send, including what the AI drafted.

Acceptable use

Do not use ADVERTLY to send spam, to harass or deceive anyone, to break the rules of the platforms you connect (such as Meta’s and Google’s), or to break the law. We may suspend an account that does, to protect other customers and the people receiving messages.

Plans and payment

• Plans are billed monthly in advance after the free trial; prices are on the pricing page.
• Each plan includes amounts of contacts, users and emails; past them, new ones wait until you upgrade or the month turns.
• You can cancel at any time; your plan keeps working until the end of the paid month. We do not refund partial months unless the law requires it.

Your data

Your data is yours. You can export it while your account is open, and we delete it as set out in our privacy policy.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the service available and secure, but provide it “as is”. Connected platforms (such as Facebook, Instagram and Google) may change or limit what they allow; we are not responsible for their decisions. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
